Great radios

These radios are great. And the size is awesome for camping,and hiking. The quality is great they have a military feel to them. I wish my radio in Iraq was this compact, and durable.

These walkie talkies described in one word are great. They are completely ideal for business, hobbies, or even for children. The walkie talkies are very clear, loud and easy to use. The flashlight is a good light for small areas. Not ideal for backyard. Maybe a closet. The only thing about the walkie talkies that is a con is that when you hold the talk button, if you do not wait about 2 seconds you will get cutoff on the other handheld and they will not hear your complete transmition. Overall this product is amazing!

Reliable and easy to use

I have had these for two month now and use them on a daily basis. I am very happy with the battery life, clarity and especially the ease of use. I really like the audible notification of the currently selected channel. One dissapointment that I had is that I purchased a midland earpiece that has a very similar headset connector but found that it did not work with these walkie talkies.
