This iClever® one-touch mount features a self-adhesive suction cup is capable of gripping any non-porous surface (e.g., glass, steel, fiberglass, enamel, plastic). With this mount, you may secure with ease any devices (measuring 2.1"~3.0" in width) firmly to the dashboard or windshield of your car. It can rotate and tilt at your leisure. To install the iClever car holder: (detailed manual included)
- Secure Suction cup stand with the cradle;
- Clean the suction pad and the desired location to which it sticks;
- Apply the pad to the location and pull down the lever;

A nicely designed one touch mount and dismount phone stand for your vehicle!

It has a highly adjustable base and phone holding mechanism that allows you to set the angle and tilt to suit your height and what style of vehicle you are driving. You can rotate the phone into the landscape or into the portrait mode to fit the application you are using the phone for like taking calls or as a GPS.
The stand has a very sticky gel mount suction cup that easily sticks to your windshield or to any smooth surface in your car. There is a lever that pulls on the cup and it creates a powerful suction force that holds the stand in place. If the gel pad loses its sticky surface over time you can rejuvenate it by simply washing it with slightly warm water and letting it air dry. Do not use any soap to clean the gel cup. It is always nice to clean the area where you are going to mount the suction cup to make sure that it is securely held into place. No other adhesives are required. If your dash is porous then of course suction cups will not work on porous surfaces. Two buttons on the side of the mount quickly release the phone or prepare the stand to receive the phone by expanding the holding arms and locking them open. You set the phone into the stand and lean it back and the mount quickly closes to securely hold your phone. (Please look at my video) There is a button in the center of the back of the stand that when pressed closes the arms to hold your phone into place. My video shows all of the adjustments of the stand including the lowering of the lower feet that your phone rests on to allow you to mount longer phones.
The stand opened up enough that my iPhone 4 in an Otterbox Defender case fit into the stand and was held into place. This is nice as we do not like removing our phones from their cases. Please be aware that some states have restrictions on where you can mount windshield mounted devices and some states do not allow you to use them at all. Please make sure that you check your local laws regarding the use of windshield mounted electronics.

The best car mount holder that I've seen yet

I've tried a couple of other car mount holders besides the iClever One Touch, and all have worked well, but the iClever version may be the sturdiest, most secure mount with the most flexibility. First of all, the mount adhered to my dashboard very securely, and I doubt it's going anywhere until I decide to take it off. I don't take that for granted, because the first mount I used a couple of years ago was not very secure, and I had to buy a flat plastic mounting pad and cement it to the dashboard. The iClever is also the widest mount that I've seen, holding phones up to 3" in width, and holding them very securely with padded side grippers and two "feet" at the bottom for support. I mounted my Android phone and went for a drive over roads with speed humps, and one local street with some potholes, and the holder kept my phone secure all the way. With two adjusting points - a lockable swivel and a lockable ball joint - the phone can be positioned in virtually any way a driver chooses.
The holder should work with almost any phone made today except for the so-called "phablets," which are too wide. I have a bulky rubberized case on my phone, but the grippers held it securely without slipping. Overall, I found the iClever phone holder to be very secure and versatile, and an excellent choice for drivers who use a car mount holder for their phone.

"Best Windshield Dashboard Car Mount"........."Locks Tight"....

We both have Samsung Galaxy S4 phones and the "iClever One touch Windshield Dashboard Universal Car Mount" is perfect...We have "Drive Voice Control" so once it's placed in the holder for us its completely hands free...Also perfect for our GPS installed app..It comes in 2 pieces only the holder and suction cup mount...One touch mount sticks to any clean surface in your car...So you have the option of attaching to the windshield or dashboard..Husband uses the windshield but it locks tight and secure in both places..It works exactly as described above...360 degree turns...
The rubber grip inside the holder spreads to 2 3/4 inches width and the bottom length also has two grippers that are adjustable then locks into place....We have driven over bumps in the roads, made sharp turns and the Samsung S4 phone didn't move once from the "iClever Car Mount Holder"..Very satisfied with this quality product and will be purchasing one for my phone...Not compatible with the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 and 3.....
