I was looking for something cheap and good, but it was amazing and very complete for its price!

Yesterday the guy i know install it, he took 15 minutes to install it and like 20 minutes to configure the Axxess interface with the OEM Steering wheel control, it works flawless! Sound quality its very good but you need to spent a few hours to get it right, and you can dim the screen so its not too bright

PRO
iPod/iPhone 5 control its great, you can manage the radio with the iPhone or viceversa with no lag!
iPod/USB/CD zappin is very quick (depends on the CD) and a nice feature
Bluetooth connection is amazingly fast with iPhone 5/LG Optimus L5 and an older Nokia e72 aswell
Bluetooth AppRemote works extremely fast, no lag and its always responsive.
USB AppRemote works also very very fast, no lag and no locking up the device
Search function works very nice with USB/iPod and has several ways for you to find your preferred music, in CD only allows you to see in dash the names of the songs in the radio and no more.
Calling is very clear, i set up the microphone near the sun roof and people always hear me very clear, if they don't you just push the number 5 in the radio to select the Mic-gain and problem fixed!
Receiving calls can be auto, you can choose if the ringtone comes from the radio or your cellphone, in iPhone 5 rings from both in option 1.
AppRemote shows you the name of the FM station and easily change the presets or seek another station, in the CD Mode shows you the Artist, Song name, Album and cover, also the playback time. In iPod shows you the Artist, Song Name, Album and cover but if you press MODE on radio you can use the iPod like it was connected to AUX.
Waze, Google Maps and other GPS allow you to play music, then low a little bit the volume of the music while gives you the instruction, but the playback never stops so you can stay focus on the road and on your music, via bluetooth and USB works like a charm.
Spotify, Pandora, Deezer and TuneIn works flawless and as they should, very easy and with no sudden stops of the music. Music Quality via Spotify is very good if you choose the option on your spotify settings.
Bass management is amazing on this unit.
BTM Mode allows you to store all your FM in 3 seconds.
Radio reminds that you left the front panel attached if you switch the ignition to OFF by beeping 3 times
The ways to personalize everything is very complete, from your radio to the zappin functions, its very nice.

CONS
If the 3 cellphones are in the car the bluetooth only connects to the last one, you can't choose from the radio to connect to X cellphone
USB AppRemote radio open app needs you to allow in the iPod/iPhone in order to open the app, but i thinks is iOS fault.
Voice Dial needs you to push Call key and search for Voice Dial function, no direct way to do so.
Bluetooth connection can get lost if you go out of the car by 4 meters, so you can't let the car open while controling the music outside with your friends
Only blue color for the radio, no red or green.
7 bands EQ only goes to -6 to +6

I don't use the radio with an external amplifier, but it sound very good though... I'm very pleased with my new radio, it was way better than the Pioneers and JVC i saw and tested at my guy shop. I would totally recommend it to anyone who is looking for a good radio and want to save some bucks while doing so.

Worth the investment

I had this installed on my son's car to replace the outdated one that came with it back in 2004. It has a USB connection on the front to charge and play his music on his iphone. It also has Bluetooth to wirelessly stream music. The face plate is detachable. The LCD displays the time, source information, station ID and track data. The buttons illuminate nicely in blue. You can preset up to 30 stations. This receiver features SiriusXM Satellite Radio compatibility, Pandora control and CD, CD-R/RW, MP3, WMA and AAC format support. This is a nice upgrade that does not break the bank.

My car feels like new now!

This receiver rocks! Literally! I had it installed at Best Buy into my 9 year old car. Now I've got an iPod adapter, Pandora streaming, & the best thing - handsfree Bluetooth that is heard through my stereo speakers! Didn't realize how nice all of these features would make my car again! Now I'm motivated to keep my old car as long as possible!
