Mediocre quality, useless because of bad conception

- It's way bigger that I expected (it can easily stand an iPad)
- It's full plastic + silicon bands
- Silicon bands looks VERY fragile
- Mediocre quality: you can see plastic drops (where plastic is injected into the molds) EVERYWHERE
- Mediocre conception: the front (where the side of the phone rests) doesn't rest on the desk, so when I put my phone on it, the whole thing (stand+phone) flip to the desk
- Adaptable: there is multiple way to make it stand, with different angles
- DO NOT BUY: waste of money

Decent deal for the price

The short version is that I would recommend this to anyone who travels regularly and uses their device as a clock, media device etc..., or to anyone who has a larger hand held device that is too big for some of the smaller stands available.
First impression was that the plastic and construction of this unit are a bit flimsy, and it's not particularly nice looking, which is the reason to 4 rather than 5 stars, but at this price range, I wasn't expecting anything bullet proof.
Beyond that issue though, I would argue that it's one of the better stands available in this price range. It folds down relatively flat, which would make it easy to travel with if you have a bag, (no way it would comfortably fit into anything smaller than a cargo pocket). Another nice feature is that it offers 2 different viewing angles, on that would be a little more straight on, (nice if you're laying in bed and watching on a night stand), and another that tilts further back, ideal for watching while sitting at a desk and looking down at the device.
I don't know how long the silicone rubber bands will hold up, but they do give the stand a welcome bit of grip on the device. The little foldout shelf has a nice lip to it as well. These features ensure that it will hold your device firmly and because it has a nice wide base, there are no wobbles. This is especially important with larger devices. I haven't tried with anything in the 10" class, but it should easily accommodate anything up to the 7" class. (I'm not saying that it won't support an i-pad or similar device, but I haven't tried one with it).
Overall, I like it, and if you can get past the cheap look/feel, I would strongly recommend it for someone looking for a budget stand that will accommodate larger handheld devices.

Cheap

This is the biggest piece of plastic JUNK can not believe Amazon carries this item. Took several weeks to come From China. I want to return the 4 That I ordered not sure if it is returnable. Don't waste your time or money on this product
